“Wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. Sue the owner couldn't be more helpful. The place was immaculate with everything you needed for your stay. The beds were really comfortable with top quality bedding. The view from the kitchen window was fabulous overlooking the sea. I can't praise the cottage enough. Large and roomy but still so cosy. There are wonderful walks and beaches all around the area. Anyone booking this cottage will not be disappointed we will be back.”

Amazing Stay

“We stayed at Pilots cottage at the end of January. From the moment we arrived it was everything we could have asked for. We had excellent communication with Sue the owner who made it easy for us to check in and get settled. The first thing we noticed was the amazing views from the window in the kitchen looking over the harbour and fishing boats throughout the day. The cottage was spotless, each room had its own special touches, the fire in the living room was lit every night making it so cozy while we watched a selection of the films complimentary provided. We couldn’t recommend this lovely cottage enough! We will most definitely be booking again if we can get in as i am sure this year it will be fully booked!”

Beautiful Cottage

“A beautiful, cosy cottage. Spacious with a lovely view of the Irish Sea. Great little chippy in the village which is walking distance from the cottage and a Coop for all your shopping etc about 2 minutes in a car. The coastal pathway was a nice walk although we did not go to far as we had my mum who is 73. We stayed for the New Year and it was just so cosy and peaceful. Great spacious rooms and everything was in the cottage which you would need for your stay. Great contact from Sue from the very moment we booked. Would love to go back in the summer and do a walk along the costal path.”

“We had a lovely time at this well equipped and cosy cottage. The view looking out over the sea from the kitchen made breakfast a delight. The cottage was very clean with some really nice touches such as locally sourced toiletries and a bottle of mulled wine as a welcome gift. The cottage was well placed for the coastal walk. Lovely Christmas break

“We stayed with our 3 children (5, 3 and 4months old) over Christmas. The cottage is really lovely, especially the kitchen and lounge areas. It was wonderfully clean. It was decorated nicely for Christmas for us. The view from the kitchen is amazing. We could see porpoises at one point out in the bay.”

Weekend

““We had a lovely weekend here in December 2018. We had travelled to Anglesey to collect Reclaimed floor tiles we had bought over the internet. The cottage was clean and well equipped with a great view out to sea. We bought fresh crab in Benllech.”

Wow!

“What a fab place to stay. The house itself was amazing. Stunning inside and outside views were spectacular. The locals, walks and the Sail Loft Cafe were outstanding. We had lunch with the local fishermen at the cafe, which also caters for gluten and dairy.”

Lovely cottage in a great location

“We booked a two night stay (4 adults & 1 toddler) in late October. Arriving on a very cold, but sunny, day it was great to gain access to a lovely cosy cottage with great sea views.

The cottage was bigger than we’d expected it to be and more than enough room for us all (we didn’t use the 3rd (twin) bedroom at all).

Lovely sitting room with gas fire to cosy around and making breakfast with amazing views was a treat. It was bitterly cold outside so we were unable to utilise the outdoor terrace with sea views, however could imagine this being great on a warm, Summers day.

Can’t recommend highly enough, a lovely cottage and great location to base a visit to Anglesey from.”

Wonderful week

“Returned with the family after 3 years and had a fabulous week with terrrific weather. Enjoyed the gorgeous sun sets whilst having drinks on the terrace most evenings and visited several beaches both near and further afield during the day. Took a boat trip from Beaumaris to Puffin Island and my son and husband did some sea fishing one morning. A fabulous week in a lovely cottage which catered for all our needs and hope we can return one day.”

“I stayed at Pilots Cottage over the Easter weekend with my 11 year-old daughter, my parents and Rosie, my very energetic Jack Russell! A mix of generations and we instantly fell in love with it. The cottage itself is fantastic. Spacious, homely and welcoming, it was immaculately clean and contained everything we expected to need during the break (and more).”

“We booked the cottage for a family of four, two grand parents and our family pet collie dog called jessie. Cottage is perect for long walks and just kicking back taking in the beautiful view. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins off the harbour.”

Fantastic place to stay

“We stayed here as a family of four in chilly February. The children loved the cottage, spending hours playing hide and seek. The headlands walk is a step away from the front door and the view from the kitchen in the morning is very special.”
